REAP supports the training needs of physicians in rural practice, and provides medical learners with rural practice experience.

The SRPC provides leadership for rural physicians and to promote sustainable conditions and equitable health care for rural communities.

UBC Rural CPD aims to provide accessible and relevant education to physicians and other health care providers who live in rural and remote areas of BC.

The UBC Department of Family Practice trains undergraduate MD students and postgraduate residents at several distributed sites throughout the province. It also engages in continuing professional development and in primary care research.
